Substantial investments have been made towards the improvement of process efficiency and cutting down the construction life cycle of the product and the company is now focusing on introducing environment friendly properties.
Akshaya Cares, the CSR wing of the company, focuses development initiatives towards helping lower socio-economic sections and empowering the underprivileged. The company’s latest value addition is digitally enhanced properties called Smart Homes, which provide wi-fi connectivity, digital answering machines, Smart Card based access and video surveillance. The Aikya project is the first Smart Home in Chennai.
