This division has been tasked with defining the investment policies, guidelines and objectives of the Paragon Investment Holdings investment portfolio. It is also responsible for the creation of the framework from which the Investment Committee can evaluate performance, explore new opportunities and make recommendations to the directors.
The properties division has two main subdivisions namely investments and development. The investments division is primarily responsible for the acquisition of valuable real-estate. The development division is tasked with the acquisition of raw land, improved land, and/or redevelopable property in order to construct building projects.
The retail division was awarded a five-year contract to operate the Kutako Duty Free Shop at Hosea Kutako international airport. The Duty Free sells a variety of goods, with special emphasis placed on locally made products and over 400 international product lines.
