Bidvest Namibia is the Namibian based holding company for The Bidvest Group Limited’s interests in Namibia. The company was converted to consolidate The Bidvest Group Limited’s operations in Namibia under one centralised entity. Bidvest Namibia now has a diverse portfolio of investments similar to those of its parent company, The Bidvest Group Limited.
Bidvest Namibia has separated its operations under two holding companies namely BidFish and BidCom.BidCom has the following operating divisions: Freight, Services, Foodservice and Industrial and Commercial Products.
Bidvest Namibia is committed to black economic empowerment (BEE), which it regards as a regional, national and business imperative. This is not simply a philosophical or theoretical endorsement, but a strategic priority for all operations of The Bidvest Group Limited.
BidCom is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bidvest Namibia and holds Bidvest Namibia’s non-fishing interests. BidCom has several divisions: Freight,Services,Industrial and Commercial Products,Food Service and Corporate services.
