Namibia Medical Care is a registered open medical aid fund that offers cover to Namibians against medical expenses. The Fund is managed by the NMC Board of Trustees and an appointed Principal Officer in accordance with the Registered NMC Rules, the guidance of the Medical Aid Funds Act 23 of 1995 and other applicable legislation. Methealth Namibia Administrators is responsible for the administration of all NMC Fund affairs.

Namibia Medical Care’s focus is solely on the support and improvement of the Fund as a whole.
Its Principal Officer and Board of Trustees are continually guarding the delicate synergy between managing a healthy medical aid fund according to sound financial principles.
NMC’s range of benefits are regularly discussed and adjusted to ensure that the Fund provides market related benefits.
This results in NMC having an extensive benefit range of six options catering for all income categories including a comprehensive HIV /AIDS Benefit for all options.
