Known for being dynamic and pro-active, the Group in 2007 was one of the first fruit exporters to embraceBBBEE (Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment) and sold a 30% share to Vuwa Investments, one of the successful empowerment companies, and this partnership has assisted the group to expand further.
Besides the farming and fruit export operations, the Group has a successful Wine business - African Pride Wines (Pty) Ltd, an established and well known Food export/import business; Berfin (Pty) Ltd, a progressive Transport business; Tradewing (Pty) Ltd, as well as a Dried Raisin business; Desert Raisins (Pty) Ltd.
