Letsatsi Air Cargo (Pty) Ltd was formed and is owned by Black entrepreneurs who have identified a gap in the local air cargo market.
The company is well placed to assist in the development of this industry and intends to open up new opportunities for other emerging black entrepreneurs who are keen on entering the air cargo industry in South Africa.

Ownership
In keeping with government policy, the company is wholly black owned and managed and we strive to ensure that Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) and Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI) equity proportions are kept at the highest possible levels.
Management
Management control, also rests with the proposed BEE and HDI majority; (1000 shares in the company have been authorized; 100 shares have been subscribed to and issued to the founding shareholders; the balance have been retained for future BEE and HDI Initiatives)
