The company serves the aftermarket parts industry through an extensive network of branches and distributors throughout South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Swaziland. GB South Africa S.p.A, a subsidiary of GB Ricambi, acquired the majority shareholding of ESP Africa (Pty) Ltd which includes the trading divisions:
ESP and AMT Services based in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Pinetown.The GB Group consists of seven companies: ESP, CGR Ghinassi, American Crane & Tractor, Cervetti, Bepco, TMS and GB Ricambi. These companies are all engaged in the world wide supply of new replacement parts for earthmoving and agricultural machines and equipment.
ESP has specifically formed strategic alliances within the GB Group with CGR Ghinassi (Ravenna, Italy) and American Crane & Tractor (Kansas City, USA). Through this strong allegiance ESP's inventory levels and availability levels have been greatly enhanced and the company is able to offer an even greater array of superior products and services to its customers.
