The most common areas and solutions we introduce are;
- Power Metering - This system provides accurate information on electric flows in a building. With extra sub meters installed the electric flows of specific cost center's can be monitored eg Lighting, HVAC, Production etc. ( The metering measurements are accessed on an integrated website for complete individual energy analysis and reporting)
- Power Factor Correction - this modifies and controls the reactive power to avoid penalties, and reduce overall KVA demand. This solution can result in a 5 - 10 percent reduction.
- Occupancy Monitoring - sensors are installed to automatically control lighting and HVAC systems. when a office, boardroom, toilet etc are unoccupied the lights will switch off. This is a relatively easy installation with up to 60% of the lighting energy consumption.
- Monitor and Improve - This has a huge impact to avoid problems in electric supply and overall control. With the Web base software this process is effective and up to date.
