The initial wholesale international voice and data services offered by Neotel to other telecommunication players will gradually be augmented by national telecommunication services for wholesale and enterprise, with consumer services being launched in Gauteng, Durban and Cape Town. These service portfolios include basic voice and data services, high-speed internet (as well as true broadband access), virtual private networks, network management and hosting services that can be assembled cost effectively to meet the specific business and technology needs of each user.
