We believe that ‘good food’ is the kind of food which gives pleasure to the senses & sustenance to the body. In other words, it is food which is both delicious & nutritious, food which restores both body & spirit. You will probably hear us refer to our food as ‘clean’ food. By this we mean that our food is prepared using fresh, whole ingredients of the best quality, without preservatives or colourants, & with as much organic content as possible. Food which is essentially handmade the ‘slow food’ way, so that the ingredients get to speak for themselves.
We’re of the view that the pleasure of good food should not find itself sacrificed on the altar of intolerance or allergy. Thus we offer an extensive array of gluten free, sucrose free & vegan foods which are just as delicious as everything else we make! We believe that food presents the opportunity to discover the world – we draw from a wealth of culinary traditions, & we hope our passion for such foodie explorations will become one you’ll share with us.
We make organic, fair trade coffee, a wholesome breakfast, a knock out smoothie, a delicious but guilt free tea time treat or for our lunch buffet which offers a wonderful variety of dishes & takes its inspiration from the wealth of culinary traditions on the planet!
We offer a special kiddies’ menu & a great play area with a jungle gym in our garden. Settle down on the sunny deck or snuggle up around the fire when it’s chilly outside & if you need to get some work done, we also offer free WIFI! Last but not least, we’ll cater & project manage any event you might want to hand over to us, from an intimate dinner for two to a great big bash, designing menus & décor to your particular needs & brief
