African Maize Distributors (AMD) is a private
company, established in 2009. Its head office is situated in Paarl,
Western Cape, although its operations extend as far into Africa as the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
AMD defines its role as a distributor of
maize meal in Africa by acting as the link between the mill and the
wholesaler. The company’s main objective is to maintain a consistent
supply of high quality maize meal at the best possible price to its clients, adding value to all parties concerned in the process.
