The company has expanded its operations to most economic centres in South Africa and its head office is now based in Sandton. The Duma Travel vision evolved directly out of extensive customer research conducted to identify opportunities and customer frustrations related to the services delivered by the retail travel industry. Duma management used its extensive knowledge and skills relating to travel services procurement to fill the vacuums and resolve customer frustrations. One of the key issues identified was the urgent need for a strategic travel partner that could help companies navigate the sometimes treacherous and ever changing travel industry environment and develop tools to empower its customers to drive costs down.
In response to these needs, Duma Travel developed and implemented a robust and now well proven travel methodology.
