About Vunani Limited

Vunani Limited is a black owned and managed financial services company that operates through two divisions: Financial Services and Investment Services. Financial Services is composed of the fund management, investment banking and property business units. Investment Services houses Vunani’s strategic empowerment equity investments.

Building on a strong growth track record, Vunani’s goal is to become South Africa’s pre-eminent mid-size financial services company. Vunani Limited listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (AltX) in November 2007, raising R175 million.

Within each division there are a number of businesses with their own dedicated management team focused and incentivised on growing their operations. Strong synergies exist across these operations and the senior executives of the group are committed to maximising their performance. This includes building relationships with our clients, indentifying organic growth opportunities and making acquisitions where this can enable the group to meet its objectives.
