CSR: Our corporate
responsibility programming reflects an increasing interest (both internally and
externally) in the impact our business actions have on communities from

help of the Nokia Code of Conduct, which aims to reach beyond legal compliance
or reactionary positioning by taking a leading role in the various areas where
society is affected by the mobile communication business.
