The TN Holdings Limited group is a product of the reverse take-over of Tedco Ltd the largest furniture manufacturer and retailer in the country by TN financial Holdings Ltd, the Holdings Company of TN Bank Ltd and TN Medical benefit Fund Private Ltd among others.
The group listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange on 4 January 2010. Tedco Limited changed its name to TN Holdings Limited upon listing. Because our license allows the bank to conduct Portfolio Management Services, the Asset Management and Financial advisory services are now being provided by the bank under the TN Assets management and TN Financial Services brands.
